Our Best Price Promise ensures you receive exceptional value for money without compromising on safety, quality, or compliance. All servicing is carried out by BAFE-qualified engineers/technicians to ensure the highest standards. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully:

1. Scope of the Promise

The Best Price Promise applies exclusively to:

Fire extinguishers supplied by Abbott Fire Protection.

Annual fire extinguisher servicing carried out by BAFE-qualified engineers/technicians.

2. Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the Best Price Promise, the following conditions must be met:

The competing offer must be for an identical product or service:

For fire extinguishers: The same brand, size, and specifications.

For annual servicing: An equivalent service carried out by qualified engineers/technicians, covering the same checks and certification requirements.

The competing offer must be from a recognised UK-based supplier or service provider with stock availability or service capacity at the time of the price comparison.

The competing offer must be verifiable with a written quote or publicly advertised price.
3. Exclusions
The Best Price Promise does not apply to:

Clearance, liquidation, or special promotional offers.

Bundled deals or package offers that include additional products or services.

Prices from private sellers or non-certified service providers.

Errors or misprints in competitor pricing.
4. How to Make a Claim
To submit a Best Price Promise claim, please provide the following details:

A copy of the competitor's quote or a screenshot of the advertised price, including the date.

The name and contact details of the competitor.

5. Promise Outcome

If your claim is approved, we will match the competitor’s price.

Abbott Fire Protection reserves the right to decline a claim if the eligibility criteria are not met or if the competitor's price cannot be verified.
6. General Conditions

The Best Price Promise is subject to change or withdrawal at the company’s discretion without prior notice.

All claims are assessed fairly and promptly, with the final decision made by Abbott Fire Protection management.

These Sales Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the sale of goods and services by Abbott Group Ltd T/A Abbott Fire Protection ("we," "us," or "our"). By placing an order, you ("the Customer") agree to these Terms.
1. General
1.1. These Terms apply to all sales of fire safety equipment and services provided by Abbott Fire Protection.
1.2. No variation to these Terms shall be binding unless agreed in writing by us.
1.3. Our quotes remain valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
2. Orders and Acceptance
2.1. All orders must be placed in writing or via email and are subject to acceptance by us.
2.2. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion.
3. Prices
3.1. Prices are as stated in our quotation or price list at the time of order confirmation.
3.2. All prices are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.
3.3. We reserve the right to adjust prices due to factors beyond our control, such as supplier increases or changes in taxation.
4. Payment Terms
4.1. Invoices must be paid in full within 30 days of the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4.2. We reserve the right to charge interest at 8% above the Bank of England base rate on overdue invoices in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
4.3. Payment can be made by bank transfer to the account details provided on the invoice.
5. Delivery and Risk
5.1. We will make every reasonable effort to deliver goods or complete services within the agreed timeframe.
5.2. Delivery dates are estimates and not guarantees.
5.3. Risk of loss or damage to goods passes to the Customer upon delivery.
6. Ownership of Goods
6.1. Ownership of the goods remains with Abbott Fire Protection until full payment has been received.
7. Warranty and Liability
7.1. We provide a warranty for defective goods in line with manufacturer guidelines.
7.2. Our liability is limited to the replacement or repair of faulty goods or the refund of the purchase price.
7.3. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our goods or services.
8. Returns and Cancellations
8.1. Goods may only be returned if defective, damaged, or delivered incorrectly.
8.2. Cancellation of orders must be requested in writing and may incur charges if the order has already been processed or dispatched.
9. Force Majeure
9.1. We shall not be held responsible for delays or failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or supplier disruptions.
10. Governing Law
10.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
